Returns/Cancellations Policy

Naturally we want every shopping experience you have with Bag It Up Designer Clothing to be a good one. Occasionally though this may not be the case and you may want to return items to us.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Our 14 day money back guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you receive the item.

Please note that we will not refund any items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed. All clothing must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. We do not accept responsibility for failure to comply with washing instructions, general wear and tear or third party damage i.e. dry cleaning.

Your refund will not include any postage costs incurred when ordering or returning goods unless you are exchanging an item, upon which your re-delivery will be free of charge.

For your own protection, we recommend that you return your package via Royal Mail Recorded / Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below to allow us to refund your purchase quickly and efficiently:

  1. Complete the return slip on your delivery invoice stating the reason for the return, your order number (this can be found just under the "delivered to" address on the invoice or in your VIP Club current or past purchase section) and the date purchased / received
  2. If you have lost your delivery invoice then please print off and use the e-mail invoice sent with your confirmation of purchase. If you don't have access to this then please send a note detailing your name, address, e-mail address, order number, reason for return and the date purchased / received
  3. Before posting send us e-mail notification informing us that you are returning an item. Please reply using returns@bagitup.co.uk
  4. We recommend sending the return package via Royal Mail Recorded / Special Delivery
  5. Return all items to:

  6. E-mail notification will be sent to you to advise you that your return has been processed. It may take up to 2 weeks to re-credit your money

Please note that by placing an order, you are accepting the above refund policy. Do not send goods back unless they qualify under the refund terms as no refund will be available.

Cancellation

By UK law (Distance Selling) you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days of the day after the item was delivered to you. This applies to all products and is known as the "cooling off" period.

To cancel your purchase under the cooling off period, please complete the steps as outlined in our returns policy above. The reason for return will be "Contract Cancellation" and the return address will be:

Please note that the goods must be returned and received by us within the 7 working days after you receive the item, again no consideration will be given to postage and packaging costs incurred by you.
