No contract will exist between you and Bag It Up Designer Clothing until Bag It Up Designer Clothing accepts your order by way of e-mail, confirming your goods have been processed and dispatched
Your confirmation e-mail will also contain a link to these terms & conditions
Please check that the details of the e-mail are correct and print a copy for your records. If for any reason there is an error you need to advise us within 24 hours
Credit and debit cards are debited before items are dispatched by Bag It Up Designer Clothing
Transactions are carried out in UK pounds sterling only. All prices include UK VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated
We endeavour to dispatch your order in time for next day delivery. If however due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to do so, we will contact you to advise of any such occurrences. For further information please see our delivery policy
You will only become the owner of your purchase when we have received full payment by way of cleared funds for such purchases
All details that you provide to Bag It Up Designer Clothing for the purpose of purchasing / ordering are deemed to be correct. Failure to supply the correct information may be used in legal proceedings against you
You undertake that credit / debit card details you provide to purchase goods are indeed your own and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods
If there are any changes to your personal or financial details then it is your responsibility to advise us as soon as possible
Your statutory rights are not affected, in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from this contract
You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by clicking on the 'cancel' link next to the product ordered on your account page in the "VIP Club". We will also accept cancellations by e-mail at orders@bagitup.co.uk or by telephone during our normal business hours on 01937 584993
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched but no later than 7 working days from the day after you receive the product. For further information please see our returns and cancellations policy
Once Bag It Up Designer Clothing receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited by Bag It Up Designer Clothing from you in relation to your order will be re-credited to the account it was debited from as soon as possible. Please allow 14 days for all monies to be re-credited provided that the goods you return are received by Bag It Up Designer Clothing in the condition that they were in when delivered to you
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered, or which are damaged or defective, or are a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Bag It Up Designer Clothing shall, at its own discretion correct any order, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us within 7 working days of delivery of the goods

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law

If such changes take place we will advise you via our information centre. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are in place will be governed by those new terms
